Reproduction and Image Licensing Prices

All uses of images and documents must acknowledge South Pennine Archives using the full citation given at the bottom of each item.

DOCUMENTS

PDFs are either available free of charge under a Creative Commons 4.0 licence or cost £5 as indicated in the details of each item.

IMAGES

Personal use

• Personal use digital: (download a single digital copy of an image for personal use only excluding any distribution or publication elsewhere physically or digitally). Free.
• High quality print of image to be posted – £20 (including £6 postage and packaging).

Non-commercial charitable and educational use without paywall or other charges: (download a single digital copy of an image for use by a charitable, educational or community organisation). Free or £5 per high resolution image.

Commercial print and exhibition use. This includes but is not limited to academic publications, commercial press and newspapers. £15 per high resolution image

Commercial electronic use. This includes but is not limited to commercial journalism, websites and any outputs behind a paywall. £20 per image
