Looking down onto the former water powered New Bridge Mill from near Hawden Hall c.1900. Production of cottons in much of the milll ceased in the late 1890s and then about 1900 it became Lello’s Tea Rooms providing refreshments to the thousands who visited the Crags at weekends and holidays. It was demolished in the 1950s
