Description
Originally there was dangerous bend in the road over the Rochdale Canal at Fallingroyd, between Hebden Bridge and Mytholmroyd. When the canal had fallen into to disuse the road was straightened and the canal culverted under it but in 1986 when the canal was being restored the culvert was replaced by this tunnel.
