Number 5, (C-1761), a Ryknield, attracts the usual crowd of sightseers and potential passengers who also wished to appear in the photograph. To the rear can be seen a horse and carriage, possibly owned by the Todmorden Carriage Company which still operated for a short time after the introduction of motor buses in town.
