View over Hebden Bridge

The building on the lower right of the picture was originally Hebden Bridge Secondary School, now Riverside Junior School, whilst towards the bottom left is the imposing Central Street School. On the Birchcliffe hillside the destinctive arches of Stubbings School can be seen, with St John’s Church to its left, and towards the top right the graveyard of Birchliffe Old Chapel.
